FIREARMS WARRANTY POLICY
ADCO imports firearms from various sources throughout the world. Some are one time deals and others are new guns. Warranties cover new guns. Used or surplus guns are sold on an “as is” basis. Such firearms should be inspected upon receipt and if you are not satisfied with the purchase call ADCO and see if an agreement can be reached.
New guns imported are usually warranted for one year from the date of sale to the original purchaser. This is often stated in an instruction manual they may provide with the gun. However ADCO goes beyond that. For the original buyer the first year is a continuation of the limited warranty for failure due to parts or workmanship. After one year if a problem develops, you can send the gun back to ADCO prepaid freight and include a $25 check to cover freight and handling and small part that may wear out. If a major part has to be replace that is considered worn, then an estimate will be sent for you to okay or refuse the repair. After 30 days of no response we will consider the gun to be abandoned. If it is a minor repair, the $25 covers small parts so we can just fix it and return it. The small charge not only covers the shipping and handling but also the small parts that may ware out and if we were to ask for authorization etc. the time and effort lost in such practices are better utilized doing something productive like fixing small problems.
Repairs should be send to:
